You have a Shopify POS project about to start, or already started. You may even have one or more physical stores already using it.

You need to strengthen the management of your Shopify POS project, locally or globally, in support of your IT and retail teams.

  • Software and hardware migration plan from the existing POS solution to Shopify POS

  • • Assessment and recommendations to improve existing processes in stores (sales, returns, exchanges, inventory,...)

  • • Assisting Retail teams in getting started with the Shopify POS App, in line with existing processes

  • • Recommendations for purchasing new equipment for shops (tablets, printers, scanners, POS terminals, etc.)

  • • Assisting with coordination between different internal teams, including Retail, IT, and Finance

  • • Shopify POS post-launch evaluation and follow-up

Tariff

• €200 excluding tax per hour (€1,400 excluding tax per day)
• No budget commitment
• Monthly billing based on time spent
