Why do we like this App?
If you have missed the healthy exuberance of Baback founder, Raphaël Touati, on Linkedin, you have probably not really fill your life! On a more serious note, Raphaël and his partner Benoît (who isn't even on Linkedin...) have designed a returns management App that doesn't just manage the tip of the iceberg (allowing the customer to make a return request), but which also makes it possible to manage the entire process of a return. They learned this process-oriented mindset by spending time in the warehouses of a 3PL company (Crosslog), which allowed them to implement in Baback the real complexity of returns.

Cloudshelf
What can you do with this App?
Access to Shopify content from in-store touchscreens.
Why do we like this App?
For a consulting company like ours, which loves retail and is doing more and more projects with Shopify POS, the promise of the Cloudshelf App is just brilliant: manage touch screens in the sales area, with content from the eCommerce site, in order to improve the overall conversion of the physical store! Giles Corbett and Ghislain Ulrich first launched Cloudshelf on the English market, they are now starting to conquer the European market. And we think any brand on Shopify with one or more physical stores (with or without Shopify POS) should have a look at this solution!

Why do we like this App?
Slowly but surely, live shopping is becoming essential. In a context of acquisition costs exploding, live shopping allows brands to create and maintain a true relationship with their customers, while making sales. With Live Me Up, Guillaume Faure and Alexandre Maes offers a technology which is natively connected to Shopify, allowing to carry out quality sessions with a good ROI, without depending on the rules of social network platforms (whose live commerce offers are quite fluctuating).

Why do we like this App?
Behind this solution is a data expert, Didier Parisot, working with a talented business developer, Aymeric Toubeau. The pitch? Quite simple: offering merchants the “true ROI” of their campaigns, thanks to an extremely detailed use of Shopify data. The QuanticFy team, made up of psychopaths (sorry, data scientists), has explored Shopify in every corner to be able to offer their users a European marketing attribution solution that goes beyond the problem of missing data (due to the GDPR in particular).

Store Commander
What can you do with this App?
Agile management of the product catalog.
Why do we like this App?
Stars of the Prestashop ecosystem (we make blush Vincent Millet and Eric Bonsergent whenever we say that…), Store Commander has quietly entered the Shopify ecosystem. The challenge was to understand the needs of Shopify merchants around the management of their product catalog, and to “crack” certain specificities (such as metafields, or API call limitations). The result? The brand new version of the App, scheduled for early 2023, will be a game-changing solution. As an alternative to the (sometimes stressful) management of product updates by export/import, Store Commander provides the comfort of real-time synchronization from an optimized interface.
