Data Export, par Estore Automate
What can you do with this App?
Build reports including hundreds of Shopify fields, then schedule the reports creation and distribution.
Why are we using this App?
For many clients, we use Data Export to create reports for CRM, Finance or Marketing teams. Some reports are created for manual download, some others are sent by email or even automatically placed on a SFTP server. Even reports names can be personalized with many parameters (including dates and hours), precisely matching clients requests.
A good story on this App?
The support team is just a-ma-zing! They are doing everything you need for you, even when it seems a little bit out of scope. For one client, we requested CRLF end of lines instead of LF. Not only did the support team make the changes in our reports in only one day, but they also added a "CSV row separator" parameter to the App so that we can select ourselves the CRLF option for future reports!

Mechanic, par Lightward
What can you do with this App?
Tasks, tasks and tasks. Currently the App has 220 tasks available, to work on Clients, Products or Orders data.
Why are we using this App?
For a new beauty brand site, we wanted to tag customers who were purchasing a specific product, then remove the tag after 365 days. Easy, Mechanic has these two tasks available in its library! For another client we wanted to capture payments only at the 'fulfilled" step: no problem, Mechanic provides this task.
A good story on this App?
For a huge migration project, we had 100k+ clients and 200k+ orders imported into Shopify. And we needed to retroactively tag clients based on old orders content. The Mechanic support team built for us a dedicated process based on 3 consecutive tasks, in order to allow us achieve our tagging job.

What can you do with this App?
Create invoices and credit notes.
Why are we using this App?
In Europe, invoices and credit notes have a lot of mandatory mentions, and their numbers must follow some strict rules. Professional Invoices is the App everybody is using to setup... professional invoices in a Shopify store!
A good story on this App?
We wanted to be able to create invoices only at the "fulfilled" step, and not immediately at the payment step, since this is a European rule. Once contacted, the Sufio support team setup the right parameter into the App, without any work on our side!

Smart Tags, par Wehavefaces
What can you do with this App?
Dynamically create and remove tags on products, orders and customers.
Why are we using this App?
For a fashion brand, filtering by size in the collection page is a must, but being able to dynamically only display the available products is a plus. With Smart Tags, you can tag products with only the sizes that have some inventory, in real time. So that your size filter list will only contain available options.
A good story on this App?
Sometimes you are looking for a solution, and you actually do not know if there is an App for your problem. Smart Tags is an App we hear about via someone in the Shopify ecosystem : you are stuck with your problem, and suddendly, in one call, you get the perfect solution!

SyncLogic, par Oiizes
What can you do with this App?
Synchronize products data between several Shopify stores.
Why are we using this App?
For a Shopify Plus project with 3 European stores sharing the same inventory (but with different currencies and languages), we needed to be able to update in real time the inventory on the 3 sites, each time a product was bought on one of the stores. That's exactly why we implemented SyncLogic and its two-way inventory synchronization.
A good story on this App?
When we first worked with SyncLogic support team, back in early 2018, the synchronisation was not yet based on SKUs, but only available on handles. Following our request, and within a week only, the support team upgraded the App so that we could synchronize our stores based on the SKUs.
